Minimum mileage very slow and steady 5k on a misty damp morning, conserving the energy for tomorrow's 29 miles across the Mendips, from Uphill Beach to Wells Cathedral following the West Mendip Way. I ran around the playing fields till I reached 5k then stopped and walked back to the van. Starting to get a bit nervous now and the worry of getting lost is starting to hit home. Tomorrows run does not have a huge field and the runners will soon spread out over the 29 miles.
