Day 267/365
Quite a warm sunny afternoon after a damp and drizzly start, feeling a bit lethargic however and legs heavy. Just the minimum 5k road run out the back of the lorry park and around the trading estate, straight up the Fosseway to the White Post, back down the Fosseway through Charlton Park and back around the trading estate. 3.33 miles in 27mins 22 secs.
