Day 269/365

Felt a few twinges in my back yesterday and when I got up this morning it was quite stiff. Todays run was very slow and painful. Went for a little off road run along the tracks and trsils between Holcombe  and Coleford taking it very steady. The ground underfoot waa quite soft in places after after the rain and even though the sun was shining bright and warm the grass was still wet. Managed to still run but Mells Scenic 7 looks doubtful.
