Day 303/365

Squeezing just the minimum in, 5k road run up to Stoke St. Michael through the village and back. Legs are feeling very heavy today and lacking energy all round. Lots of folk leaving The Duke of Cumberland seems very popular for lunchtime meals. Overcast again today but still quite warm, didnt take long to heat up once I started running.
