 4.09 miles off road, plenty of muddy puddles about the going underfoot slightly softer than it has been lately and slightly slippery in places.
The brown fields have turned green again as if by magic. The sun made an appearance this evening which made for quite pleasant running. Startled a couple of roe deer, rabbit, pheasant and two buzzards.
