Glorious sunny afternoon 4.5 miles road run straight after work. Ran out the trading estate and up past the White Post back down towards Midsomer Norton past the Rugby Club. Ran down Silver Street and got on the cycle path, fallen conkers all over the cycle path were quite hazardous in places, running on along as far as the pit path. Up the pit path and into the housing estates, out onto the main road. Then straight down through Westfield back to the tading estate. Reaching another milestone today 100 day countdown begins.
