Day 259/365

Just the minimum amount of miles this evening after work. Ran out the trading estate and up to the White Post around the lampost and back down through Charlton Park, down Lynton Rd back round the Trading Estste. 3.32 miles in 27:38 minutes, nice and warm and dry like a summers evening certainly broke into a sweat.
Ive done a bit of toting up today and I have ran to date since the 1st January just over 1400 miles and have raised just over £800, a massive thankyou to everyone who has made a donation.
