Day 323/365

Just under 5.5 miles, went out a bit steady, a recovery run not wanting to push it after struggling the last couple of days. Nice and easy around the housing estates of Westfield. Slightly grey and overcast and started to spit with rain on the last mile. Suggested to Desmond to slow down the pace as it was a recovery run and we didn't need to run flat out all the time & he promptly decided to sit down in the road, I think he's doing to many miles it's making him crazy!!! 1757/2014 running miles.
