Day 190/365

Had some company for this evenings run after work, which inevitably took the pace up with the competitive nature the boys have. Quite light out this evening due to a superb moon, warm and dry. We ran out the a Trading a Estate  and up Lynton Rd turning left and past Norton Hill School , Nick keeping the pace quick till we got to Thicket Mead and onto the a Greenway Cycle path. Here we turned our head torches on to illuminate the way, Dessie now pushing the pace. The Greenway measures 2 miles from Thicket Mead to Radstock but we got off at the Five Arches and got on the cycle path to Silver a Street, running along here a kamikaze moth decided to fly straight in my mouth, yuk!! I felt its wings stuck to my lips. My core strength from running everyday took me in the lead up over Silver Street and all the way back to the Trading Estate, with the boys chasing my new runners. Nice enjoyable 5.25 miles just over 40 minutes.
