10pm on my own, 10k around the trading estate and housing estates after work. I have run a minimum 10k for a whole week, possibly the first time I've done that & not intentional. Will need to lower the mileage now ready for my big run on Friday for "Character Day". Found it slightly darker this evening, dry underfoot and cool. Very pleased with new runners didn't need much breaking in and very comfortable running. Heel a bit sore today and took at least 2 miles to loosen up, but that's expected after 10 miles yesterday.
This road sign is in Westfield where the county border runs along the middle of the road, so depending on which side of the road your running on depends on which county your in.
