Day 305/365

What a warm and sunny morning, you would never believe it was November. Just the minimum 5k this morning, up Holcombe Hill figure 8 loop around the lanes and back down the hill. Legs are still feeling lethargic but I wasn't going to push it anyhow as I'm running Avon Valley Runners 'Over the Hills' 12km off road race tomorrow from the tithe barn in Bradford on Avon.
