Day 252/365

Just over 4 miles road run after work, very warm and sunny. Not really feeling up for it, having a cant be bothered day. Ran up to to the White Post and then back down towards Midsomer Norton past the Rugby Club. Once on Silver street I ran along the cycle path as far as the pit path and then ran up the pit path overtaking an old lady in a mobility scooter which made her laugh as I ran by. Through the housing estate and out onto the main road, straight up through Westfield around the industrial estate, job done. Just over 4 miles in 37 minutes, trying to ignore anything thst might start hurting.
