Taking it easy this evening after the weekends shenanigans, just a steady little jaunt up to Stoke St Michael through the village and past the Knatchbull Arms. Down Church street and back to Holcombe. Legs are feeling a bit tight and I am running Frome Half Marathon next weekend so not wanting to push it. Lovely and warm out, 3 1/2 miles and back in time to see who will be crowned champions of the world.
As part of 2014kx365 Challenge I aim to run/walk a minimum 1k everyday throughout 2014 and hopefully fund raise for chosen charities SANDS www.justgiving.com/2014kx365jimbarron and Time is Precious www.justgiving.com/365jimbarron I intend to run a minimum of 5k a day and I will strife to do this, but as we dont know what life may throw at us I have included a buffer zone to enable me to drop down to the minimum. This blog is for those who would like to follow my challenge of running everyday.
