Day 247/365

Just over 4 miles in 36 minutes. Just light enough at 8pm to see my way along the cycle path from Silver Street to Radstock. Quite suprised to find the army cadets all led in the verge half way along, I hope they were not led in any thing to unpleasant. They were all very quiet and didnt move as I ran through the middle of them. Ran through Radstock town centre and straight back up through Westfield to the Trading Estate. Legs were a bit stiff after pushing the pace out last night with the boys but still managed good average pace under 9 min/mile.
