On a training run for my first Ultra marathon Uphill to Wells early in September I fell over and smashed my knee on the ground, on and off it has been quite painful. It swelled up and has been red for the last couple of months. Something was definately lodged in my knee but until tonight have not been able to get anything out but look at this.....
As part of 2014kx365 Challenge I aim to run/walk a minimum 1k everyday throughout 2014 and hopefully fund raise for chosen charities SANDS www.justgiving.com/2014kx365jimbarron and Time is Precious www.justgiving.com/365jimbarron I intend to run a minimum of 5k a day and I will strife to do this, but as we dont know what life may throw at us I have included a buffer zone to enable me to drop down to the minimum. This blog is for those who would like to follow my challenge of running everyday.
