Quite a cold chilling wind and also quite strong when running head on into it but luckily dry. Straight after work had company again today to run with from retired Midsomer Norton rugby legend Vince Meredith. Not really having a route planned we ended up running through Charlton, and Kilmersdon getting on the cycle path to Radstock, through the town centre and getting on the Greenway to Welton. We ran through Midsomer a Norton high street and got on the cycle path again behind the sports centre coming out on Silver Street then back to the trading estate past Norton Hill School. Vince retired going back in to the trading estate having ran 7 miles, I had a bit of time before school pick up so ran on another 3.5 miles up to The white Post through Charlton Park down Lynton Rd and around the trading estate again. 10.5 miles in total in 1 hour and a half.
