Day 311/365

Cold and wet, no real route planned just running. No takers to join me so headed up past the White Post along Tunnel Lane to the bottom of Chilcompton. Followed the lanes to Midsomer Norton and got on the Greenway at Thicket Mead, getting off again at Welton. Up past the boarded up Welton Bag building and the recently closed Stones Cross public house, down through the high street up the pit path to Westfield through the housing estates and back to the trading estate. 7.2 miles in 1 hour 5 minutes. Had thought about going off road today but after the heavy rain decided to stick to the road and try and get easier some miles in. Legs were a bit heavy and pace slow but I wasn't pushing it. Reaching 2014 miles before 31st December, The Last Day is still possible.
