Day 214/365

Out early this morning and just ran the minimum as I am racing tomorrow . Road run 3.2 miles up Frog Lane to Stoke St.Michael through Stoke past The Knatchbull Arms along Church Street and back to Holcombe. Problem was it was absolutely lashing it down when I went out, the rain has got into my phone and camera so I'm afraid no GPS entry or photos. Technology is trying to put a damper on the challenge, well the rain is at least. I will try to dry them out before tomorrow's Totnes 10k.
